How do I withdraw from the question?

After logging in, you can withdraw from the My Page > Panel Withdrawal menu.

You must withdraw yourself, and you cannot re-register for 90 days after withdrawal.

In addition, if you withdraw, all accumulated points you have and accumulated points that are being requested for payment will be canceled, and canceled accumulated points will not be restored.

I want to switch to the real-name authentication panel.

After logging in, go to My Page > Manage My Information, and there is a real-name authentication switch button next to the date of birth/gender.

If you authenticate yourself with your own mobile phone, your real name will be confirmed, allowing you to participate in more surveys.

I signed up under a family member's name, but I was forced to withdraw.

If you are not the panelist or if your real name information is incorrect, you may be automatically withdrawn.

If you are withdrawn, all accumulated points will be canceled.

Even if you are a family member, if you steal someone else's personal information, you may be subject to imprisonment for up to 1 year or a fine of up to 10 million won under the Resident Registration Act.

In addition, if you sign up falsely, you will not be able to receive normal services, including the payment of accumulated points, because your identity cannot be verified.

Can I use more than one ID?

Macromill Embrain Panel Power uses one ID per person in principle, and only your own ID can be used.

If you have registered multiple IDs, you must withdraw them, and the accumulated points for the duplicated ID cannot be transferred or paid out.

If a duplicate ID is found, it may be deleted without notice, and the accumulated points will also be forfeited.

I changed my name. How do I change my name?

A name change application requires an identity verification process.

Please send a document (resident registration copy) that shows both your name before and after the change, along with a contact number that you can reach, to webmaster@embrain.com.

Please note that for personal information protection, please hide the last digits of your resident registration number. (The first digit of your resident registration number, date of birth, must be visible.)

After the change is complete, we will contact you using the contact information you provided.
