Parental Control FamilyTime - Kids monitoring app

When I first got this app, it worked well. But then it started having issues frequently. Whenever I contacted support, they always said the same thing - uninstall and reinstall the app. Eventually, I got tired of it and decided to cancel my subscription, asking for a refund. It's been almost two months now and every time I ask about it, they just say, "We've reminded our billing department to process your refund, it should be done in the next few days." But nothing happens. I don't recommend it. Update as of 10/21/2022 - Still no refund, same old response, "Our billing department is still working on your request."

Just got this app last week, and it's been nothing but trouble. I decided to upgrade to the premium version, but no luck with it syncing properly on my phone. It's not showing me accurate usage reports for texts or calls either. When I reached out to customer service, I kept getting the same automated response twice! Not impressed at all, it's been a total disappointment. Update: Been using it for six months now and still facing issues despite their updates. Decided to cancel our subscription and after writing this review, I'm deleting the app for good.

The app has a superb live technical support service. When you need help, you can choose to either send a ticket or start a live chat session. The Live Chat is very prompt in giving answers to your queries. Moreover, the location and pause features work swiftly and precisely. I rated the app 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish there was an option to send an alarm sound to alert my child's device. Also, the panic alert from my child doesn't override the volume settings on my phone. Even when my phone is on silent, I'd like to hear some kind of audio signal.

I tried to use the app, but I couldn't see any new apps on my daughter's phone. The location feature didn't work either. I also checked if she could delete the app, and she could. I had three chat sessions to try and fix the problems, but the only suggestion I got was to reboot her phone and wait for 30-40 minutes. Even that didn't solve the problem.

Oh no, this app is really frustrating! It's supposed to be so great if it does what it says it will do, but it just doesn't work at all. And the worst part is that it's interfering with other apps on my kids' phones that I'm not even trying to monitor. Both of my kids have phones - one is older, and one is newer - and each phone is having its own issues with the app. I wonder if maybe it would work better if my kids had the latest phones, but I'm not very optimistic about that.

The chat support was amazing and they helped me fix my problem quickly. Thank you! So far, no problems! UPDATE: The app isn't living up to its promises. I'm unable to read group messages. I have to keep syncing the phones to make any part of it function, and sometimes the app gets blocked twice before it can finally open on the third attempt. I've reached out to the chat support multiple times. They reply but tell me to restart and wait for 24 hours. Other times, they say the issue has been escalated to the technical team, but then there's no further follow-up.

This app is a total disappointment. The support team was so unprofessional. Many features didn't work right from the start. I reached out for help and they just said to uninstall and reinstall, but it still didn't fix anything. Even though I haven't used the app in over half a year, they still charged me for another year. And to make things worse, they only offered a partial refund. Save your money and stay away from this app. It's not worth it at all. My advice? Skip it.

I had an excellent experience with Rick from chat support! He was really smart and quick when answering my questions. The problem is, the app isn't loading any updates. To update the app, I have to delete it, reinstall it, and set up all my settings from scratch. Hopefully, they will fix this in the next update.

Once upon a time, I downloaded an app that worked well at first. But suddenly, it stopped working altogether, meaning I couldn't control what my son was doing anymore. After months of struggling to make it work again, they told me it was all because my phone wasn't compatible. So, annoyed by this news, I asked for a refund, as nothing seemed fixable and there was no mention of phone compatibility issues before. They agreed to process my refund within 20 business days, way back in the fall of 2023. Since then, after numerous messages and assurances that the refund would be given soon, I still haven't received it.
