How to find a lost item at the airport?
If you lose an item while travelling between the aircraft and your terminal, the item found is automatically handled by the airline you travelled with. Please contact your airline directly.
If you have lost an item in Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport or at Paris-Orly in a terminal, car park or CDGVal, you need to fill in the online lost property form:
Lost property form at Paris-CDG
Lost property form at Paris-Orly
If the item is found, an email will be sent to you suggesting a meeting at the airport or sending your item to the address of your choice.
What should I do if I lose my identity documents in one of the terminals at Paris-Orly?
Identity documents lost at our terminals are managed by the “Lost Property” office. Please complete the online form. If your identity documents are found, you will receive an email to arrange collection at the airport or for your item to be sent to the address of your choice. If left unclaimed for more than 15 days, identity documents are sent to the Service des Objets Trouvés de la Préfecture de Police de Paris (Lost Property Department of the Paris Police Headquarters). If this has happened to your documents, you must report the loss by following the procedure on the prefecture's official website.

What should I do if I lose something in an Extime lounge or airline lounge at Paris-CDG?
If you have lost something in an Extime lounge, please visit the “Lost Property” office in the relevant terminal, complete the online form and report the loss (hypertext link: Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport Lost Property website (franceobjetstrouves.fr). If the item is found, you will receive an email to arrange collection at the airport or for your item to be sent to the address of your choice.
If you have lost something in an airline lounge, the item found will automatically be taken care of by the airline. Lounge access may be sold as an additional option when purchasing a flight departing from or connecting in Paris. It is sometimes also offered as part of certain loyalty schemes. In some cases, if the airline does not have its own lounge, it may be possible to access the lounges of airlines in the same alliance. Please therefore contact the airline responsible for the lounge for more information.
