You can navigate to Pass2U Wallet settings > tap Backup > Select your Google Drive account. Pass2U Wallet also automatically backs up passes when your phone is charging, connected to Wi-Fi, and idle for over 24 hours.

Backup all passes to your Google Drive account on the old device. Then access Pass2U Wallet settings > tap Restore > Choose your Google Drive account on the new device.
