It was really irritating when the app kept vibrating every thirty seconds. I like using the app to take rides, but when I'm already on a ride and forget to go offline, the constant vibrations are too much. Using data each time is just not feasible. Please, could you fix this issue?

Using this navigation app is frustrating. The prices shown are not accurate and do not match the actual costs for the trip. Even though I received many 5-star ratings from customers, my rating keeps dropping for no apparent reason. Additionally, the app drains a lot of battery power unnecessarily. It's a waste of time and I wouldn't recommend purchasing it. There are much better alternative navigation apps available.

You have multiple issues with your device. It frequently shuts down on its own and also fails to receive requests. Let's work together to find solutions to these problems.

It can be frustrating when navigating and being directed to go 1 km in the opposite direction only to make a U-turn and end up back where you started. The commission charged by Pathao is quite high, which affects many riders who rely on the app. It would be helpful if Pathao could reduce their commission rates. Additionally, it would benefit both riders and customers if Pathao included the pickup location distance along with the destination distance. I hope these suggestions are taken into consideration and addressed by Pathao.

It's great to have some extra money, but there are a few issues that need fixing. When a passenger cancels the ride, it doesn't show up on my end when I arrive at the location. I have to wait, call them, and they tell me they already canceled. And when I try to accept the cancellation, it shows as if it was already canceled by the user. This wastes my fuel. Another problem is that the navigation system sometimes gives me longer routes or leads me to unknown places, causing us to get lost. Lastly, the app promises bookings within 2km, but sometimes we get requests that are 3-4 km away due to the navigation system. Please address these issues.

This app is not good. They send orders to Pathao Heroes who are 2-3 kilometers far, instead of nearest ones. The app doesn't show the distance to the restaurant, only time passes. This results in the customer receiving orders late. Furthermore, customers cannot cancel orders themselves, they must call the office. It's frustrating for the customer but they must contact the office directly to address the issue.

The leaderboard isn't working well. They are not accepting your online application. If you have an Android version like 9 or 10, your GPS location might not work properly. You need to clear the storage to fix the issue. Also, when it comes to mapping, it shows a path for a human to walk, but most delivery workers use bikes. It would be better if the default path for the map was for bikes or cycles instead of human walking.

It's really tough when those messages don't go through such a big platform. And then, there are times when customers don't get those calls they're waiting for, which in turn lowers the rate of completed deliveries. Both the driver and the customer should grab hold of this issue. If this isn't fixed promptly, just keeping the customer in mind won't be enough to help the delivery folks.

Places change over time, and I believe the old version was much more preferable than what it is now.

So, earlier I would receive 40 taka for each delivery. But now, I noticed that I am only getting 30 taka for every order. It's really unfair! You are making more money than I am. Why are you deducting 10 taka from each order? Please resolve this issue and provide 40 taka for each order!
