My app is not working. What should I do?

In case your app is not working, follow the steps below:

Go to your phone’s settings option> Go to App Settings> Go to Maps> Clear Cache> Clear Cache of your Pathao App in the same way> Go to your Pathao App and right-click on the GPS button.

Then, go to the Google Maps app > Turn on your location by pressing the GPS button> Go to settings> Go to Google Location settings> Check if Pathao App is in high accuracy mode.

Make sure that your phone’s internet connectivity is set in 3G/4G mode. If your app doesn’t work even after following the instructions, UNINSTALL the Pathao app and install it again from the Google Play Store.

I was overcharged, please refund!

If you experience overcharging because of GPS error/miscalculation, please report an issue through your user app following below process Pathao App> History> Report Issue> I would like a refund> I was overcharged> then write ride details> Submit.

How can I get a promo code?

You can get a discount by using your friends’ invite/referral code.

We also send promo codes to our regular customers through SMS and app notifications, regularly.

Driver drove dangerously/misbehaved. How can I report it?

In case a rider puts you at risk in any way, you can ask the rider to slow the bike down or ask him to park at a safe place and immediately call our support centre. Please, report the ride to us as well. Once reported, we will take corrective measures. Your safety always comes first to us. #MovingSafely
