How do I change my bank details for the direct debit of my CinéPass subscription?

By changing your bank details, you expressly acknowledge that you are making an amendment to the SEPA mandate and authorize Pathé Cinemas to debit your account with these new bank details, which will be taken into account for your future direct debits.

You can update the bank details for your CinéPass subscription by going to your personal space, "CinéPass" tab, "Payment Method" section.

Then click on the "Modify my RIB" button and change your details.

How does the cancellation work for a CinéPass offer without commitment?

You have subscribed to a CinéPass offer by monthly direct debit without commitment and you wish to cancel your subscription?

To do this, we invite you to go to your Pathé Account, "CinéPass" section and then click on the "cancel my subscription" button.

The end date of your subscription is then calculated according to the General Subscription Conditions:

     - For a request made before the 15th of the month: your subscription will be canceled on the last day of the month

     - For a request made on the 15th of the month or after: your subscription will be canceled on the last day of the month following the date of your request

Know and change the date of my direct debit

The monthly payment of the CinéPass subscription is put to payment in the bank for a direct debit made between the 06th and the 11th of each month.

This direct debit date cannot be changed.

The CinéPass gives you access to more than 1500 films each year, in more than 100 Pathé and partner cinemas throughout France.
