Pathé Nederland - Movie showtimes in Netherlands

The situation is even worse now compared to the last time I checked. Facebook and Google logins don't work anymore due to security reasons. Tried setting up a password on the Pathé website for logging in to the app, but it got denied for having an "unauthorized character". So frustrating that none of the login methods are working now. The app design is just terrible.

The app works fine when I'm connected to WiFi, but it's useless without it. So frustrating because I can't use my unlimited card for drinks and stuff. It's unfair to blame the cinema staff for something they can't control. Something needs to change!

Couldn't add friends with QR/email or card number. Had to go to the cinema to buy tickets. Friends got different seats, so we got bad ones. It's like why have the app and pay for unlimited pass? Thinking if it's worth it when I still need to walk to the cinema to get tickets.

Tickets are a pain to reserve now. The new screen is super slow and nothing works properly. It's almost impossible to use it now.

Looks great, everything runs smoothly. It's nice that I can now buy regular and unlimited cards at the same time! It would be perfect if making payments with iDEAL could open the ING app instead of the mobile website, just like in my browser.

The Android app is not good, the IOS one is better. Many important functions don't work now (Android 12). Developers, please check everything properly. From a worried Pathé unlimited gold user. I tried using the app again after not using it for a few years, but it's worse now. It keeps logging me out 4 times for no reason and shows errors all the time. It was frustrating to order a ticket, had to try 8 times. Thanks for wasting my time.

The app keeps getting worse. Can't book tickets for me and my wife as friends or add new friends. Can't see the list of movies I've watched. And now, I can't even book tickets via the app. This is frustrating.

The app has been terrible lately. First, it had problems like logging out and crashing. It also messed up my seat reservation because of these issues. I lost €20 in coupons when the app crashed before finalizing my order. Now, the app won't even work when I try to use it. Don't bother installing it if you don't want to get frustrated.

Lowered the resolution of my phone to use the app because it got stuck on the loading screen. I always have to reselect my locations as favorites get untagged after restarting the app. Making reservations usually works well unless I switch between unlimited and gold subscriptions. The information about a movie being in 3D is not always consistent.
