Sounds like you're having a rough start with all those errors popping up since the first login attempt. Even if you keep pasting the same ID and password from the authentication, and it still doesn't work, what can you do, right?

Mobile ISP and KPay, just the same... darn authentication mismatch issue again. Can't even use the card with family permission. So frustrating and dirty mobile card payment!

I updated my Android to version 13 for security purposes, but it's not working. I tried reinstalling it, but it still won't open. I have a Motorola Edge (2022). I did the security update until this latest one. Can't use Payco. It was supposed to be fixed in February 2024, but now it's almost June and it's still not resolved. It's impressive. I want to use it but I can't.

The new update is dumb. Why show coupons on the home screen? We use PayCo for quick and easy payments, not for unused coupons and extra clicking.

The app doesn't automatically add the coupon or give points. It's useless.

You're wondering why the app description is in English when the app itself doesn't use English at all. If you want to reach a global audience, it would make sense to offer other languages besides Korean. Otherwise, consider changing the name of the app to something in Korean.

During the balance recharge, the internet was a bit unstable. The payment went through at that exact moment, but when the internet went down and I checked back on PayCo, the T-money wasn't recharged. I contacted customer service, but it's been a few days now and the money still hasn't come in properly.
