    I felt so excited to finally start using this device for sales. But, I ended up feeling disappointed due to connection problems. It disconnects frequently, making me reconnect all the time. It's really frustrating, especially when customers are waiting to pay. It's embarrassing for me, too. I keep the device very close to me, just a meter away, yet the connection is terribly unreliable. I wonder why it does this. Both my phone and the reader are always fully charged, but I can't seem to find a solution.

    I like using PayPal Here more. The hardware keeps disconnecting frequently and it takes a while to reconnect because I have to restart it and close and reopen the app. The tipping system on PayPal Here is much easier to use. I've been primarily using Square now because tips help cover fees. Updating state taxes is a hassle. There should be an option to automatically update taxes on items instead of doing it one by one.

    Getting an iZettle card reader was a great decision for me. It's so user-friendly! However, I wasn't informed at the start that it takes about four days for the payments to show up in my account. This includes two days on iZettle's end and another two days for the bank to process. On two occasions, I received receipts via email that belonged to someone else in my town. These weren't even my purchases, but somehow I got the receipt. I reached out to customer service for help, but unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the issue.
