1. Select Your Products and Add to Cart
You can browse Pazarama.com as you wish and add the products you like to your cart.
2. Determine Your Delivery Address
You can select the address you have previously saved in your Pazarama account or you can make changes by adding a different address in the payment step.
3. Choose Your Payment Method
You can use the bank/credit card payment or Maximum Mobile payment option offered in the payment step. The collection of your online payments that you will make instantly with a bank card, credit card or similar payment tool to purchase goods and/or services from Pazarama.com will be carried out by Pazarama (Topkapı Danışmanlık Elektronik Hizmetleri Pazarlama ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi).
The Seller has authorized Pazarama as its commercial representative to collect the amounts it will obtain from buyers as a result of the sales it will make through Pazarama.com on its own behalf and account. Therefore, with the payment you will make to Pazarama, you will be relieved of your payment obligation to the Seller and you will not have to make any additional payments to the Seller.
4. Confirm Your Order
After ensuring that the information you have provided on the payment summary screen is correct, you can confirm your order after reading and accepting the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement.
5. Agreements Regarding Your Orders
The Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement regarding your Pazarama orders are stored electronically for 3 years. You can access the agreements regarding your orders in the My Account > My Orders > Order Details menu.
6. Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
In disputes that may arise between Pazarama.com and the consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the buyer purchased the goods or services and where he/she resides will have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce.
7. Protection of Personal Data
Pazarama processes and keeps confidential the personal information and data it obtains from consumers due to electronic commerce transactions in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
8. Correcting Possible Errors in the Order Process
Before completing your order, the products you will receive and the total amount you will pay for these products, including VAT and shipping fee, are clearly shown under the "Complete Order" heading. If you review the details of your order and there is any information you want to change or think is incorrect;

Product Installation Guide
First Step: Package Opening
You should check your package in the presence of the cargo officer.
You should not accept a damaged/torn/opened cargo package.
My Package is Damaged What Should I Do?
The package of products that require installation must be opened and installed by an authorized technical service.
Packages opened outside of an authorized service may be out of warranty and a return request may not be accepted.
Second Step: Contact the Call Center
After receiving the product, if the product you purchased falls within the category of products that require installation, you must contact the call center of the relevant brand and specify the product brand and model. You can confirm the installation conditions and details from the authorized service.
Third Step: Installation Process
After the installation appointment made with the call center of the relevant brand, the authorized technical service will come and install the product.
Do not forget to keep the invoice and warranty certificate of the product you purchased
How Can I Return My Product?
1 Create a return request
You must find the product you want to return from My Account -> My Orders page and click Easy Return
2 Select the product you want to return
You must select the product(s) you want to return and the reason. You must enter a description for your request to be processed faster.
3 Note the return shipping code
You must note the return shipping code to forward it to the cargo company.
4 Deliver the product
You must deliver the product to the cargo company within 7 business days, together with the return shipping code, in accordance with the return conditions.
5 Get Your Return Approved
Your return will be answered within 4 business days after the product reaches the store. The refund will be initiated automatically after the return is approved.
Return Conditions
- The purchased product must be in its original box/packaged in accordance with the product dimensions that will not show the product content and must be undamaged, unused/not damaged due to usage error.
- The product/products you will return must be returned with all accessories and invoice.
- It must be sent together with the gifted, promotional, campaign products, if any, defined with the order.
- A warning note must be added to the package for fragile/fragile/spillable products when delivered to the cargo.
Products that are not valid for withdrawal;
- Goods or services whose prices vary depending on the changes in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller/provider (Chipgold, jewelry gold, etc.)
- Products that can be rapidly spoiled/disposable and whose expiration date may pass

You can track the status of your transactions you made without becoming a member from the e-mails sent to the e-mail address you used during the transaction. You can use your coupon code specially created for you in 2 ways.
