    The app can only change PDF files to read-only DOCX files. It cannot directly edit a PDF or allow for editing of the converted DOCX documents in MS Word. This makes the app completely useless to me since I am unable to edit my small PDF file. So sad. 😥

    I found some colors for highlighting in the software I'm using. But when I tried to use pink and red for highlighting, the text became too dark. It would be great if they could add lighter colors to the list so I can use the software more effectively. Thank you for creating such amazing software!

    Read the issues, updated it anyway, now think the previous version was better. Pdf to word converter isn't working. Don't recommend updating.

    I had to make some changes to my resume which I mistakenly saved as a PDF document. The editing feature on the app was not working smoothly, which was frustrating. When I completed the edits and tried to save the document, I was asked to pay for the premium features. They mentioned there would be a yellow diamond to indicate a paid feature, but it wasn't clear to me at first. Many people have also complained about this issue. However, it didn't bother me much. It was simpler for me to open Google Drive and rewrite my resume from scratch for free.

    The app stopped adjusting to my screen after I paid $60. I tried different things like clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, checking settings, and force stopping. Even when I rotate the document, the app won't adjust the text bar correctly. It keeps running the text vertically instead of horizontally. Also, it won't let me type in the middle of editing until I save, close, and reopen the document. However, all other apps work fine with orientation and functions.

    I wanted to test the 3-day free trial before deciding on getting the subscription. But when I tried to use the trial, it requested my card information. As soon as I entered the details, it charged my card without waiting for the 3 days. Now, I don't want the subscription anymore. Please reimburse my money.

    Downloaded this app to convert a tif file, but it didn't work. Found it through a Google search, thought it would be good. It's more expensive than Adobe. Not worth it.

    Ever since I got this app, my phone has been acting up. It's so slow and crashes all the time. Plus, this app is taking up a lot of memory on my phone. And something strange keeps happening - every time I close the app, my phone's Bluetooth turns on by itself. Avoid downloading this app. It's terrible and they even ask for payment.
