PedidosYa - Food delivery & tracking

My bank card was used without permission to order food from PedidosYa. Only 1 out of every 4 attempts were successful before I stopped the card. Even after waiting for a week, Customer Support labeled my inquiry about the illegal transactions as unimportant. I still haven't received a response from them up to this moment. I can't seek help from the police without their assistance. I feel let down and doubtful about using this app again, especially since I've never made any orders through it before.

The app ratings aren't real, and there's no customer service. I got food from a place with 4.7 stars on the app, but it took 2.5 hours to arrive, was terrible, and missing items. Couldn't even report since they didn't confirm delivery. Checked online and that place actually had 2.0 stars, so the app's ratings are fake.

I used the app and wow, it takes so long to get your food, like 1 hour! And today I got a coupon but it wasn't available when I tried to use it. They send coupons that don't even work.

Search is not great, can't see open place, friend can. Order missing half. Waiting for response after reporting issue. Can't use app due to terms and conditions.

For 2 days, I struggled to make an order on the app. It kept showing so many errors! Eventually, I just gave up and uninstalled the app. Now, whenever I think of this company, its service, or its app, I can't help but feel disappointed.

In Latin America, this app is definitely not the best. They are the worst. The choices were limited, the delivery people and customer service were rude, and they only gave automatic responses without offering real solutions. I tried to give them chances, but each time the service just got even worse. I won't be using them again, that's for sure.

The service in the Dominican Republic is okay, but the app is terrible. When you try to enter your address manually, it doesn't recognize it, so you only realize there's a problem after you've already placed your order. Then you have to message the delivery person to make sure they go to the right address. It's stressful for both customers and delivery people.

The service is good, but the app needs improvement. They provide coupons, but using them becomes a hassle due to app crashes or weak internet connection. Often, when I restart the app, the coupons disappear. It's really disappointing and feels like a scam. If possible, I'd rate it 0 stars.

Everything was fine at first, but now the orders are taking forever to arrive. The last one didn't even show up, and the delivery guy said it did.

My address was fine before the update, but now it's messed up. I can't order from some places and I don't even know how to add my address anymore.
