    For 11 months, this app served our two kids well. The first six months? Fantastic! Recently, things took a turn. Kid one's profile stopped working suddenly. Opening it made the app crash every time. I created a new profile, starting fresh. Now, kid two's profile has joined the malfunction. The app just shuts down again. Our kids are feeling pretty let down right now.

    Streaks is an app designed to encourage kids to brush their teeth consistently. My child gets very upset when the streak resets. Summer poses a challenge since we don’t always have a set time for brushing. Visits to family can also disrupt the routine. I sometimes give credit for brushing during those visits but the app doesn’t keep his streak going. It feels frustrating now. Instead of helping, it creates more stress for both of us.

    The app for teaching brushing techniques and timing is fantastic. It motivates kids to brush. However, the parent dashboard is a hassle. The verification email says I am already verified. The verification message indicates I need to click the link in an email, but nothing happens. I just got a new Pixel 6 Pro, and the app won’t even load. I reached out to support, but no response. It feels like many larger companies. They invest in the product but neglect ongoing support.

    It was a tough experience. The idea is fantastic. My son enjoys it a lot. But selecting items feels nearly impossible. Feeding the furry friend turns into a challenge.
