Export is black or blank

A blank export usually happens when your phone doesn't have enough memory to complete the export. Certain GPUs and firmware can sometimes cause issues as well.

If you're getting black images upon export, first try completely closing the app and opening it again.

Next, try restarting your device, which should free up more memory.

Finally, try editing a smaller resolution image. Images captured on your device work best. Large images captured on DSLR cameras can sometimes have too high of a resolution for mobile devices to handle complex image processes on. You can always try reducing the resolution of your images or converting them to jpegs before editing.

If the problem persists, feel free to submit a help request and be sure to provide the following information:

Source of the image (phone, type of camera, etc)

Attach an example of an image you're trying to edit

What effects are you using in the export?

Paid features or content not unlocking

If you are having issues with your paid features or paid content not unlocking automatically, please try the following tips:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the Google Play Store with the same Google account you made your purchase on. This is important because all transactions in the app are linked to your Google Play Store account.

2. Do you happen to have multiple Google Play Store accounts on our phone? If so, please try logging out of the other ones and only stay logged into the one you have your purchase under. Being logged into multiple accounts can cause errors with the Google Play Store.

3. You can also try deleting the app and reinstalling a fresh version from the Google Play Store.

Can I transfer purchases between Android and iOS?

No, subscriptions/past purchases for each app are completely separate.

Android purchases are managed directly by the Play Store and iOS purchases are managed by the App Store store. We don't have the ability to transfer purchases at this time.

If you'd like to switch platforms, simply cancel your membership on one platform and start a new one on the other platform. Membership fees are non-refundable and we're not able to pro-rate unused portions of a membership.
