The PhysiApp® application enables you to download your personalized home exercise program onto your Android device.
After installing the app on your Android phone, simply log in using the access code provided by your healthcare professional.
Once logged in, you can download your tailored home exercise program, which includes high-definition videos with clear instructions. Additionally, you can use Chromecast to stream these videos to your Chromecast device.
Moving forward, you will have precise knowledge of the exercises that have been prescribed for you and how to perform them correctly.
With PhysiApp, you can safely communicate with your physiotherapist or chiropractor regarding your completion of exercises and any pain experienced.
This app allows your physiotherapist or chiropractor to monitor your progress closely and make adjustments if needed.
Open your exercises in PhysiApp
Welcome to PhysiApp! 👋
We’re here to help you easily access your physiotherapy programme. There are three simple ways to get started:
Check your email: Open the email you received from your practitioner. The email contains two links.
Open PhysiApp: Click the top link if you want to download PhysiApp free of charge for your iOS or Android device. The bottom link will open PhysiApp in your (default) internet browser).
Log in: Your programme code will be entered for you already. Just confirm your identity by entering your birth year and click Access your program to proceed.
Scan the QR code on the print-out
Find the QR code: Find the printout you received from your practitioner. It contains a QR code.
Open a QR code scanner: Open a QR code scanner on your smartphone or tablet. You can use your device’s built-in camera app or download a QR code scanning app.
Scan the QR code: Hold your device over the QR code so that it fits within the frame. Your device will recognise the QR code and ask you whether you want to open your exercise programme.
Open the link: Tap on the notification or link that appears on your device. This will open PhysiApp and log you in to your exercise programme automatically.
There are two sorts of exercise programme that your practitioner can assign to you:
regular programme: Your exercise programme is opened in PhysiApp. If you have not yet installed PhysiApp on your device, you will be directed to the (Apple) App Store or (Google) Play Store. After your exercise programme is opened, you can use the full functionality of PhysiApp.
with EasyLink: Your exercise programme will open in your (default) internet browser. You do not need to log in and can immediately see the exercise videos that are assigned to you. It is not possible to give feedback or send messages to your practitioner.
Enter your programme code and birth year
Open PhysiApp: Go to PhysiApp.com.2Click the Login button and select the server (country) your exercise programme is located on.
Tip: Check the email you received from your practitioner in case of doubt - you can find the country code in the link!
Enter details: Enter your unique programme code provided by your practitioner and your birth year.4Log in: Then click the Access your program button to open the programme assigned to you.
Print your exercise programme from PhysiApp®
From PhysiApp®, you generate a neat PDF version of the exercise programme assigned to you in a few simple steps. This page tells you how to do this from PhysiApp in your browser.
It is not possible to print your exercise programme from PhysiApp for iOS and Android.
Go to https://www.physiapp.com, click Login, choose the appropriate server and then open your exercise programme using the 8-letter code given to you by your healthcare practitioner together with your 4-digit year of birth.2Click the Preferences button at the bottom of your screen and then My program at the top.3Select what you want to print: the exercises, tracking sheet and/or practice information.
Select the weeks you want to print the exercises for - useful if you have an exercise programme that does not consist of the same exercises throughout its entire length.
Also select the text and image size: normal (selected by default), large or extra large and what kind of images you prefer: a story board (consisting of a number of images from the exercise), a single image (larger) or a (line) drawing.
If you want to print tracking sheets, you can specify which time period you want them for and whether you want dates on them.
Select whether you want the details of your healthcare practitioner and their practice on your printout.
Finally, you can choose the language in which you want to print your exercises and tracking sheets. Open the drop-down menu to see how many of the exercises are available in your preferred language. If there is no information, all exercises are translated.
Click the Create printable PDF button. The exercise programme will open in a new tab of your browser. You can then print or save this file.
