PiggyVest - Save & invest money

In the past year, I noticed that you included some new features in the app that I didn't find necessary. Earlier, I was able to view public savings goals, which I found to be motivating for saving. However, this feature is no longer available. Moreover, I found some other complex features added to the app. I wish you could simplify the app and focus on its primary functions, which are saving and investing. I don't see the point of adding pocket money as it doesn't seem relevant for the purpose of saving or investing.

I think the app is really good. However, the home address button and some other options in the main menu should be hidden permanently, not just until tomorrow. The home address feature didn't even work for me. Logging into the app has been taking a long time. I also appreciate the recent updates that have made things more interesting.

I wish I didn't update the app. The older version was user-friendly and motivated me to save. The flex account is no longer easily accessible at the top. I now have to scroll through multiple cards to find it. I struggled to guide my friend on how to unlock it as the new layout confused him. This update was unnecessary and unhelpful. Furthermore, the constant requests for updates and poor network connection make using the app frustrating.

PiggyVest is truly the top savings app I have come across here. The interest rates are amazing. Yet, the autosave feature can be unreliable. It can be frustrating when it fails to work during non-work hours.

The people I introduced to the app have lost interest because of how complicated it has become. Please change it back to how it was before. If you don't fix this, even I might stop using it. The goal of making this platform was achieved completely. Unfortunately, the new app update hasn't been enjoyable. I can't view my data page for days now and logging in has been tough. At first, I thought my phone was slow, but it's not. I kept switching from WiFi to mobile data but it didn't work. Today, I tried checking for updates manually, but there were none. I discovered I'm not alone facing this issue. Please, fix this problem.

I really like this app. It's easy to use and the customer support is really good. The app is trustworthy and dependable, with lots of ways to save and invest. I have no issues with PiggyVest, and I suggest it to anyone looking for a reliable savings plan.
