Q: What is the upper limit of the number of files that can be added to a BT task?

A:The current upper limit is 7,000 files for a single task, and we are trying to expand the upper limit of the number of files in the near future.

Q: Can I set the download directory to the SD card?

A:The latest version of the PikPak App already supports setting the download directory to the SD card for phones with Android 11 and above.

Q: If I cancel my subscription after subscribing to a membership in the App, will there be a first-time subscription discount?

A:According to the rules, the first-time subscription discount is only effective when you subscribe for the first time. If you have successfully subscribed, if you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to enjoy the first-time subscription discount again even if you subscribe again immediately.

Q: Why have I found that the upload and download speeds are slow recently?

A:If you are a China Mobile network user in mainland China, you may find that the speed is slow. This is because China Mobile's network has blocked PikPak. We currently do not have a good solution to this problem.

If you can use or get a better experience through a proxy server or VPN, you can continue to use it, but it should comply with local laws.

Q: Why are my resources blocked?

A:As we all know, there are some recognized extremely harmful content on the Internet, such as "minor pornography, blasphemy, terrorism, violence and blood".

When users use PikPak to store Internet content, they may accidentally touch these extremely harmful content.

Therefore, we provide the function of reporting harmful links and review the reported content. Block content that is confirmed to be extremely harmful.

The audit principle we adhere to is to respect cultural diversity and block as little as possible, but there may still be misjudgments in the audit.

If you have any objections to the blocked content, please give us feedback through the appeal function in the app. We will arrange a review and corresponding processing, and then reply to you with the corresponding processing results.

Q: How to export the download link of the added resource?

A:You can follow the steps below:

1. Find the file whose download link you want to export;

2. Click the three dots button on the right;

3. Click "View Details";

4. Check the "Resource Links" at the bottom.

Q: How do I delete my account?

A:You can open the "Settings" menu of the PikPak App, click "Account & Security", and find the "Account Delete" function at the bottom of the menu.

Q: Why is the space still occupied after deleting the file?

A:When the file is deleted for the first time, it will go to the Recycle Bin. Only when it is deleted again in the Recycle Bin will the cloud disk space be released.

Q: Why is the download interrupted after the phone turns off the screen when downloading the file to the local computer?

A:Because the phone operating system will automatically pause the running program after a period of time after the screen turns off in order to save power, this will cause the PikPak download to be interrupted. You can try to plug the phone into the charging cable during the download process. Most mobile phones will not pause the running program when they are charging.
