    Great app, totally free. The exercises are versatile and can be done anytime, even tailored to your own progress. I personally love using it to kickstart my mornings. Despite trying out different apps, this one keeps drawing me back in.

    The images are not very sharp in the workout examples. The videos are slightly better, but if you're unsure about what to do, this app may not be suitable for you. I realized that the app only made me exercise my left leg and not my right. Even though I continued following the app and carried on to the next activity, it unexpectedly told me to switch sides during a non-sided exercise. This was confusing and unclear.

Exercises that were difficult for me a month ago are now much easier to do. Even though the app has some small glitches and poorly translated sentences, they don't take away from how well it works.

I really like the exercises they have - they're just right in terms of difficulty and there's a good variety of moves that aren't too tricky to master. One thing I think could be done better is providing clearer guidance on how to control your breathing while doing each move.

    The plan is not easy as I requested. I am not very fit or flexible and it will take me some time to improve. The app has exercises in the "easy" plan, like The Checkmark, which need a lot of core strength. This means we need to go through and adjust the plan carefully. Also, the voice-over needs to be updated. When an exercise involves using one arm and then the other, the voice-over says "Change the Leg." 😵‍💫
