How can I leave pixiv Sketch (delete my account)?

You can leave pixiv Sketch from the Settings page in the app or browser version of pixiv Sketch.

*If you leave pixiv Sketch, all the information from the account you deleted will be lost, so please make sure you don't delete your account by mistake.

How to leave pixiv Sketch from the app

Please log in to the account you wish to delete, and then follow the procedure to leave by clicking the "Deactivate my account" link at the bottom of the Settings page.

I forgot my login information (pixiv ID/registered e-mail/password)

You can verify your login information and reset your password using the following procedures:

If you cannot log in to the app

You can use the following page to send an authentication code to the e-mail address registered with your account and reset your password. Please try logging in with your registered e-mail and a new password.

If you do not have a registered e-mail associated with your account or your e-mail cannot receive messages, you will not be able to receive the authentication code.

Accounts that do not have any payment history cannot have their password reissued.

You will need to make a new account.

We can help accounts with a payment history reissue their password after we confirm you are the individual who paid for the account with your payment number.
