    Starting with Plank Workouts is really helpful for me because I'm not very fit and needed a safe way to improve. The beginner routines are just right, and the app's reminders keep me on track. The short workouts are easy to stick to and are already making a positive impact on my health.

    The program has three plans that last for thirty days each, and it's designed for all levels from beginners to advanced. I'm in the middle of the intermediate plan now and I can't believe how much progress I've made. I can hold a plank for four minutes! My arms, shoulders, chest, and core have all improved a lot. Even my glutes look better - it's really a great full-body workout.

    Found a great workout app that has really helped me. I've noticed awesome changes in my body since I began using it back in January. It's almost mid-May now and I'm still working on the beginner 30-day program. I take it week by week, repeating each one until I feel confident enough to move on. This way, I can focus more on getting the right form and building strength. It might take me more than a year to finish all 90 days, but it's totally worth it.

    The app is frustrating. It's supposed to be easy at first for beginners and intermediates, but it quickly becomes too hard. As a beginner, you're suddenly expected to do 70-80 seconds of planking exercises, which is definitely not suitable. Beginners should gradually move into the intermediate level. On the first day of intermediate training, you start with a 30-second plank, which is much more manageable. The app should be able to adapt its difficulty based on user feedback. I've been working hard at my training, but the current rate of progress is just too fast and discouraging.

    I really liked the app overall. It was simple and easy to use. I wish it didn't increase the plank time so quickly, maybe a couple more days of shorter planks would have been better for me. But I did appreciate the option to change exercises and times. It allowed me to push myself without feeling like I was cheating. One thing that bothered me was the message about having a good figure. I'm not interested in that. I did this challenge to improve my core strength for yoga and overall health, not for looks. There are many other inspirational messages they could have used instead.

    I used this app before but decided to try different ones. I returned to this app because it is well organized and simple to use. It includes a cool stretching exercise at the end of each session, which other apps lack. I really like the countdown feature at the end of every exercise - it keeps me motivated until the end! Awesome app!
