How Plantum works

1. How do I identify plants?

    Open the app and take a picture of the plant.

    Place it in the center of the frame.

    If the plant is too big, take a picture of its leaves or flowers.

    Make sure the plant is well-lit, and the image isn’t blurry.

    Make sure the photo features only one plant.

2. How can I check my plant’s health?

    Use the Diagnose feature in the app.

    Take a picture of the sick part.

    Make sure the plant is well-lit, and the image isn’t blurry.

    To get a more precise diagnosis, use the Ask an expert feature and contact our botanists to receive a personal consultation.

3. How do I use Light Meter?

    Turn off all artificial light sources, as Light Meter is only able to measure natural light.

    Position your phone at the spot where you want to place the plant.

    Check if the measurement meets the light requirements for your plant.

Love this app! So many beautiful plants i love the look of in the wild but don’t know the names. The plant scanner is very accurate and informative. I love that the app tells you whether the plant is toxic to animals or not. I have 2 indoor cats and not being informed a plant i have is toxic could be very harmful to them! Definitely recommend!!

Awesome app, very helpful

I’ve had this app for about a month now and I love it! It’s very helpful and now all my plants are healthy! You take a picture of your plant and it tells you what it is and how to care for it. It has all the info you would ever need for any level of experience. You can set reminders for different care and is very easy to use. Also now the subscription isn’t a problem and the only limitation without it is that after a few plants, you need to watch a 30 second add to add a new one. Highly recommend this app, 10/10

Well, this is one of the most helpful, user-friendly and even beautiful app that I’ve ever used! I have 10 plants at home and a few more in the garden. The app helps to constantly keep them all under control and not to forget which plant Before I had to look for information from different sources on the Internet but now I can find everything in one place.
