2. What modes of payment are accepted?

Playo accepts payments by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI Wallets and Net Banking. Sorry, we are all for Digital Indian and do not accept cash :P

3. How do I Reset/Delete my account?

We're sad that you're thinking of leaving us!!!

To reset/delete account, Me > Preference & Privacy Settings > Advanced Settings (Privacy) > Choose to delete/reset the account.

Account Reset - You will lose all your playo stats and playpals but retain the account.

Account Delete - Account will be deleted from Playo permanently. 

4. How many times can a booking be rescheduled?

The number of times by which a booking can be rescheduled differs from venue to venue. The reschedule policy for every venue is present in the venue detail page.

5. I missed rating a playpal after the game ? Can I rate him?

Yes, you can rate a Playpal after a game.

Navigate to 'Meet' Tab > Past Activities > Select See Gamebook below the particular activity > Rate the Playpal

Please note - The rating can only be changed within 3 hours after a player gives the rating.
