PNP–Portable North Pole™ - Personalized video messages

I've been using this app every year since 2012, and it's always been awesome, except for this year. I bought the yearly pass as usual, but now I can't watch the premium videos. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, checked my account on the computer, and still have the same problem, so it's definitely not my fault. I reached out to their support, but only got assistance from a bot that wasn't very helpful. I even sent an email through their system and haven't received a response yet... So, I'd like to get a refund.

I've been using this app for years, and the free video content used to be really great. But now they've changed it to a paid format, and it's not nearly as good as before. They're asking for £4.99 to access the video that was once free! It feels like a total scam. I wouldn't mind paying a small amount, but almost five pounds is too much! I'm going to look for a new app to use and delete this one. I'll also let others know about my experience.

They are so money-hungry. But I guess they need to cover their costs to operate something like this. To be honest, I'm not willing to spend that much money on it. And for those with patcher apps, don't waste your time; this app won't respond if you try to trick it into making a purchase. It's kind of smart on their end, considering the high prices. Someone clever with a patcher was likely going to find a way around it eventually.

I can't get into my camera roll, no matter what I do in the settings. I've tried it over and over again. I can still use the camera to take new pictures, but I really need the ones that are in my camera roll. And I even spent almost £20 on this app! I'm so let down. Unless they give me a refund or fix this issue, I won't be recommending it to anyone!

We absolutely adore this app! The children's faces just light up with joy when they receive personalized messages of encouragement from Santa himself! And it's so thoughtful that he always remembers their birthdays too! 😉 Investing in the paid version of the app is truly worth it. Having the ability to create unlimited profiles for kids, and all that without any extra charges in the future, is simply priceless.

Every year, I tell myself, "I'm not going to spend money on this," but my 11-year-old child with Down syndrome really loves talking to Santa. Now his younger siblings have joined in the excitement, and it's amazing how a simple phone call from Santa can improve their behavior! I usually don't splurge on many things, but this app is definitely worth it.

Oh, this app is like a blast from the past for me. I used it so often in 2017 when I was just 8 years old. Fast forward to now when I'm 14, and it's still just as awesome as I recall. I can't afford the premium features yet, but I logged into my old account recently, and boy, did nostalgia hit me hard! Definitely giving it 5 stars for being such a big part of my childhood.

Every year we always get the premium Christmas package, and since this year might be the last one for the magic of Christmas, I was really excited to make the most out of it. Even though we've used up all the videos available, my daughter keeps asking every day if there are new ones. She's quite clever and can tell when she's already seen a video before, but she still believes. The photos in the videos do change, and we add new information to personalize them. It would be great if there were more new videos regularly for smart kids like her.
