Почта России is a mobile application designed to facilitate and streamline postal services for users in Russia. The software offers an array of features aimed at providing a convenient and hassle-free experience when managing postal needs.

One of the standout benefits of Russian Post is the ability to process and send parcels without having to endure long queues. Users can pay online or set up an appointment, calculate delivery times, and costs for both domestic and international shipping. Additionally, parcel registration is simplified – if a parcel weighs less than initially estimated, any excess payment is refunded automatically. It also supports various payment methods, including online card payments and subscription services.

The platform enhances the shipping process with a lucrative bonus program, rewarding users with up to 10% of shipping costs back into their bonus accounts, allowing savings on future shipments.

The mobile software offers courier delivery services, including parcel pickup from users' locations and transparent tracking features to monitor parcel statuses. A seamless tracking system provides automatic updates, renaming options, and syncing of the product names from major online marketplaces for added convenience.

For receiving shipments, this tool allows for pre-registration at branches, eliminating the need for queuing and enabling passport-free parcel collection with SMS codes. It also provides valuable branch information such as real-time workload, operating hours, and service filters.

In terms of customer support, the system provides a chat with the contact center and the capacity to track the status of electronic requests. Beyond mailing, users can take advantage of financial services like money transfers, tax payments, and traffic fine settlements, as well as public services for sending legally significant electronic letters with detailed tracking and secure receipt of official correspondances.

Other services include P.O. box rental, subscribing to newspapers and magazines, sending telegrams, finding job openings, postal code searches, and simple account management with the option of authorization through the State Services.

Parcel processing and queue-free sending

• Receipt of parcels without queuing at any post office when paying online or by prior appointment
