How to get a discount card "Podruzhka"

The plastic discount card "Podruzhka" is provided for a one-time purchase in a retail store.

The purchase amount depends on the region. For Moscow and the Moscow region 600 rubles, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region 500 rubles, for other regions 300 rubles.

The virtual card "Podruzhka" is issued automatically at the moment of registration of a personal account on the Podruzhka website in the absence of a plastic card.

The virtual card "Girlfriend" can be issued through the "Wallet" application and through the chat bot Card GIRLFRIEND in Telegram.

The virtual card is provided without a one-time purchase.

How to register the Podruzhka card

You can register your card in a way convenient for you:

1. fill out a paper questionnaire at a retail store;

2. add the card number to your personal account when registering on the Podruzhka website;

3. via the chat bot Card GIRLFRIEND in Telegram;

4. in the Wallet application;

How to restore the Podruzhka card if lost

If you lose your card, you can use the discount using the phone number to which the card was registered.

To restore your card, go to a retail store and tell the employee that you need a replacement card by phone number. The store employee will issue a new card to which your discount and savings will be transferred. The old card will be blocked.

Why do I need to provide my phone number when registering?

Specifying a mobile phone number is mandatory for card registration. You can opt out of all SMS or e-mail mailings, but specifying a valid mobile phone number for registration remains mandatory.

Discounts and privileges are not available for unregistered cards.
