Полиглот 16. Английский язык - Language learning with communication

Learn English from scratch or improve your existing knowledge. Start with basic verbs and sentences. Learn new words and reinforce new rules every day. The intensive educational course "Polyglot" consists of 16 lessons. Upon completion, anyone will be able to easily converse in English.

How does it work?

The program provides simple expressions in Russian. You need to form the English translation from the words on the screen. If you answer correctly, the program will praise you. If you make a mistake, it will provide the correct answer. As you construct your answer, the selected words are pronounced, followed by the correct answer's pronunciation. To move on to the next lesson, you need to score 4.5 points in the previous lesson. Lessons remain locked until the required score is achieved.

How are points calculated?

The program remembers the last 100 answers, divides the number of CORRECT answers by 100, and multiplies by 5. To score 4.5 points, you need to answer 90 out of 100 questions correctly.

Too easy?

Then adjust to a higher difficulty level in the settings. The program will not suggest word options but will require you to enter a sentence using the keyboard.

EXAM

The exam is designed to reinforce knowledge from completed lessons and serves as a good refresher. There are 10 tasks for each selected lesson, shuffled and presented for you to complete in random order. The program tracks performance results for each lesson in the exam. After completing the exam, an overall grade and individual grades per lesson are provided. Don't worry if you don't achieve the maximum score on your first try. It's just a reminder to practice more in the relevant lesson. The main goal of this application is to assist you in learning English, not to grade you on exams.

How does this work

The program offers you simple expressions in Russian with verbs in one of the three times (present, past, future) and in one of the three forms (affirmative, negative, interrogative).

From the words on the screen you need to make an English translation. If you answered correctly, the program will praise you. If they suddenly mistaken, the correct answer will tell.

As the answer is compiled, the selected words are voiced. Then the correct answer is voiced.

To go to the next lesson, you need to score 4.5 points in the previous lesson. Until the points are scored, the lessons remain blocked.

An exam feature is available in Полиглот 16. Английский язык to consolidate and refresh your learning. With ten randomized tasks per lesson, this feature assesses your grasp of each lesson’s content. Performance in these exams is tracked, offering both specific lesson feedback and an overall evaluation. While perfect scores might not always be immediate, these results serve as a guide for areas needing additional focus, supporting your goal to proficiently master English.
