Poly Lens - Optimize audio experience

So there's this app with not so many features. But here's the thing – whenever my headset connects to the phone, the volume gets muted. And guess what? I only figured out after months of missing my meetings! This app doesn't let me customize the buttons either, like switching devices manually when the headset doesn't do it on its own. So, I decided to just remove the app from my phone. It's much simpler that way.

I installed the app to pair with my Poly-Sync20 speakerphone. Unfortunately, the app doesn't offer much in terms of features. I'm unable to perform simple tasks like turning off power on/off notifications, device disconnected alerts, or adjusting notification volume. The app's design feels very old-fashioned, almost like it was created a decade ago and never refreshed. Even when I try to modify settings, it doesn't seem to have any effect. For instance, I tried setting it so that the device only beeps at minimum or maximum volume, but it still beeps regardless. It's quite frustrating dealing with this underwhelming app.

This app has been running smoothly, except for some troubles with the "find my headset" feature. Both the tone and backtrack options have been causing issues. I am unable to play media on the app to hear a tone and locate my headset. The backtrack feature is not providing accurate information despite being correctly set up. It is annoying to repeatedly receive the "enable media" notification. This situation has become incredibly frustrating for me. I frequently remove my headset and tend to forget where I place it. I rely heavily on this feature to locate my headset, so it's crucial that it functions properly.

I found my headset using the app. It was weird - the message changed when I left the house, saying "no headset connected." But when I returned, it changed back to "connected." I thought I had left it at the restaurant while out with family, but turns out it was at home. One issue is the tone is very quiet if your settings are low, so I didn't hear it. Overall, still a great product.

Wow, I lost my most used piece of technology in the woods, about 2 hours away. I was devastated when I went back to the spot I thought I had lost it. After walking around for half an hour, it connected to my phone. Using the locator app, I found my headset! By the way, my current headset is 3 years old and I wear it daily for at least 12 hours a day. It performs flawlessly. I love my 5200! This is my second one, and I would recommend it to anyone.
