    This app is terrible. You can only buy spicy chicken using it, even when you choose family meals. You have to scroll to find other options. The worst part is that you can only select spicy chicken. It's sad that this version is still awful, despite being an improvement from the last one.

    The app is full of bugs. I've tried ordering several times, but it never works. It crashes a lot and is somewhat hard to navigate. It would be nice if the restaurants could contact me about order issues. This would save me gas money instead of me buying new items, only to find out they're sold out when I get to the store. Stick to using the website for online orders.

    The app is really annoying. I keep ordering stuff and when I'm almost there, it suddenly says it's not available nearby. So, I reach there, have to confirm my order, then wait for them to sort out the issue which defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. The staff at the place are friendly but they're short-handed and get confused by the app just like me.

    I ordered food online instead of using the drive-thru. The app gave me the choice to pick up inside or at the drive-thru, so I chose "dine in." But when I got to the restaurant, they made me wait in the drive-thru instead of bringing my food out. I wasted 45 minutes because the app didn't match what the store was doing. Be careful when ordering online. The free perk they offer on the app isn't worth it.

    My card info is giving me trouble, even though I've checked it twice. The good offers that are supposed to be available for delivery are not showing up when I try to add them. Using my rewards is also a problem, as if the app is intentionally preventing me from using them on the better deals. This app is terrible.
