Return & Refund Policy

Every order is 100% Risk-Free.Here's what you need to know about taking advantage of Popsy's 14-day return policy.

1. When can I request a return/refund? What are the returnable reasons?

You can request a return/exchange/refund within 14-days after you receive the product and

   01. If you received an incorrect product (as long as the product has not been used and it included all tags and original undamaged packaging). or

   02. If you received a damaged product or if it isn't working properly. You will need to provide pictures and videos with the issue. Product should include all tags and undamaged original packaging. Returning a damaged device must be reported within three business days of delivery.

Please note that shipping & other fees might be applicable. See table below for more information.

2. What are the returning fees?

For returns within our policy of returnable reasons, customer pays only Shipping Fees.

If the product has been misused or is no longer functional, we cannot accept returns. The customer will need to cover the cost of the item, and it will be returned to the customer.

Customer will be charged 25% of the product cost plus shipping fees for missing accessory, dented box, or dented/scratched product (if proven the item was originally shipped with the accessories and in perfect state)

In the event that the item does not display the problems noted by the client, the customer will incur a charge of 25% of the product's value, in addition to shipping fees.

3. Can I return an item after 14 days?

Upon returning the item after 14 days, you will not be able to get a refund, but you will be able to take advantage of the 1-year limited warranty. 

If your item is not functioning correctly, we will be happy to repair or replace it. 

Popsy only accepts returns for items purchased directly from the site.

4. What are the conditions to return a product?

Returns are only accepted only if:

   01. You ship the product with its undamaged original package and tags;

   02. All the accessories are included

   03. You must send the product without login (Apple, Google etc).

Please note that returns that aren't included on the returnable reasons list might incur additional charges.

5. Which products I can't return?

   01. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;

   02. Any consumable product which has been used or installed;

   03. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

6. How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days to make a return. You must contact us and send back the item within 14 days after the purchase date.

Warranty Policy

Popsy is confident that the devices we offer for sale are in perfect working condition, that is why every device comes with a free 12-month warranty. In case of any defects during the warranty period, we will make sure your device is either repaired or replaced, for free.

1. What is NOT covered on the Warranty Policy?

- Any damage or malfunction arising out of or directly caused by liquid ingress

- Gradual wear and tear and cosmetic damages that do not affect the device functionality

- Any damages arising out of negligence or intentional malpractice

- Any loss/deletion/corruption of any data stored on the device
