About us

Positivo Casa Inteligente

We were founded in 2019 with the aim of democratizing access to smart products with solutions based on the Internet of Things (IoT). We arrived as the most advanced IoT device solution available in Brazil and we continue to expand our portfolio to more than 35 products.

One of the first platforms to be compatible with virtual assistant technologies

Always thinking about your experience, we were one of the first solutions platforms in the Brazilian market to be compatible with virtual assistant technologies, such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, making people's routines even easier and homes even smarter and more connected.

One of our biggest differentiators is our proximity to you. To achieve this, we focus our efforts on the experience of our app and our devices. In 2021, we created the Smart Home Community to bring together smart home enthusiasts and amateurs in a single space, and also the Beta Experience group to get even closer to our users and be a channel for exchanging feedback.

The first 100% Brazilian app

In 2022, we launched the first 100% Brazilian smart home app, a free tool compatible with Android and iOS mobile devices that allows users to control all of the brand's solutions remotely and from wherever they are. Today, we have more than 1.3 million users on our app, an achievement that reinforces our aim to democratize smart home products.

A smart home can be defined as an environment in which one or more devices are connected to the internet and can be controlled remotely, via smartphone or voice commands.     The app has issues. Automations do not work consistently. I often find myself manually turning the lights on and off. After a power outage, the light should return to its previous state, but it always comes back on. Some old YouTube reviews mention that this feature was available before, but I’ve never seen it since I bought the bulbs. The app only helps with color and brightness control. For everything else, I just use the switch.

    Sometimes the connection acts up, and one of the two lamps I have is set to daylight saving time. This means I’ve had to reset the automation schedules multiple times because it loses the settings. Despite that, I enjoy the integration with Alexa and Google. The app, though, has become quite tricky to navigate after the layout changed. It freezes, has translation errors, and some buttons are so tiny that only a child’s finger could press them easily.

    Você comprou um Smart Robô Aspirador Wifi e já sentiu uma frustração. Esperava que ele limpasse cômodos separadamente, mas sem manual fica difícil. O aplicativo não ajuda em nada, a funcionalidade simplesmente não aparece. Agora, você se arrepende da escolha. Um Xiaomi poderia ter sido melhor. A decepção é real!
