I really like this service because I never receive any ads and I am always updated on the packages that are on their way to me. They always deliver my items correctly and on time.

Hey there, just popping in to give you an update on my recent frustrating experience. So, here's the scoop - things have somehow managed to take a turn for the worse. I was expecting a package to be left at one of those convenient pickup spots, but to my dismay, it ended up at the wrong location despite my clear request for store dropoff. When I tried to access the parcel through the app, I was met with no option to open it. After reaching out to customer support, they informed me that they couldn't remotely unlock it and that I would have to wait until tomorrow for the parcel to be manually relocated to the store. What a headache! This whole situation is making me lose my cool. And can we talk about how ridiculous it is that I'm basically being forced to download a super intrusive app just to fetch a package from a box that's literally across the street from another box that offers the same service without all this hassle? It's absurd!

What a great app! It's definitely the best in its category. It outshines all the other apps out there.

That app is really cool! The notifications though, they should be clickable and open the app. Other than that, fantastic job on it! 😊

Imagine this: you choose a horrible spot to have your package delivered. Then, when it arrives and it's time for you to collect it, no one bothers to tell you. You show up at the reception, only to be told they don't have your package, even though the shipping company sent you proof that it was delivered to them. The receptionist is completely useless and can't offer any assistance. It’s just mind-boggling!

Growing frustrated when a store requires customers to use their smartphone, download an app, and sign up just to receive a package because there are no other choices is not ideal for customer satisfaction.

This app is fantastic, but it becomes tricky if you need to transfer it to a different phone. It does not allow backing up and if you installed it before they introduced cloud synchronization, you cannot activate it now. So unfortunately, all your data like statistics, saved packages, and other things will remain on your old phone.

So, my parcel app suddenly didn't send me notifications anymore. Because of this, I missed a delivery and had to pay for another one. This has happened to others too due to the need for an update, which the app doesn't show as necessary. This means that without warning, a new update can be released, causing the app to stop informing about deliveries and resulting in additional costs. Such a hassle!

The QR codes used to show "verified with MitID", but now they don't, even though it's still displayed in my profile. No human support on chat! Additionally, I can't give the app a good rating because it's so difficult to receive anything from PostNord at my house. Every time I order something for delivery, it gets delayed by at least one day and then doesn't arrive, even if I'm home and have chosen to leave it outside the door. Nobody has even come close to my door during the supposed "delivery attempt".
