    That's great! Seeing my negative review about a doctor being published on Practo made me more confident in the platform. At first, I was unsure because most doctors have high ratings. The only problem I've encountered is doctors not keeping appointments, but that's not Practo's fault.

    Their labs always say they have my tests, but then they take forever to update me. It's been over 4 hours since they collected my samples and it still says "to be assigned". The chat feature is awful and a new agent pops up every time I switch pages, even in the app, so I'm stuck staring at one screen for half an hour.

    Service was terrible, had to follow up multiple times for a single booking. The chat support took an hour just to say the slot is full today. They never fulfill their commitments or bookings. Awful experience. Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. Wish there was an option for zero stars, had to settle for one star.

    The app is super easy to use and the interface is really clean. However, there's one problem. When a doctor starts a video call and I have my Bluetooth headset connected, I can't hear the doctor and they can't hear me. Please fix this issue because everyone is using Bluetooth devices now.

    I did a blood test through Practo and it was affordable. However, the app has many missing features and the ones available do not function properly. They send you a receipt by email that is not accepted anywhere. There is no digital validation option. I tried contacting them through the app and website but have not received a response yet.

Being able to reach doctors through the app whenever I needed was comforting. The reminders to take my medicines were also helpful. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience.
