1. I can't sign in. What do I need to do?

Please ensure you are using your registered e-mail address and correct password. Note that the password is case sensitive.

If you’ve registered for the first time this season, you will need to activate your account before entering a Fantasy Premier League team. An email will be sent to the email address you’ve registered with which contains a link you’ll need to click in order to activate your account. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

Try resetting your password. A temporary password will be sent to your mailbox. Please update your password once logged in.

If you do not receive the password reminder, please check your Junk folder in your email inbox and add noreply@mailout.users.premierleague.com to your address book.

2. How do I report an inappropriate or offensive team name?

When registering a team within FPL, all managers are asked to think carefully before entering a team name. Teams with names that are deemed inappropriate or offensive may result in users’ accounts being deleted (see Terms & Conditions).

If you spot a team name you find inappropriate or offensive then please let us know by reporting the team name, the manager’s name and the league in which you encountered the team using the form at the foot of the Help page and we will take appropriate action.

3. Is there a mobile app to manage my Fantasy Premier League team?

Yes, the Premier League mobile app is available on iOS and Android and it is free to download. There is not currently a Windows mobile app.

In addition to Fantasy Premier League, the app features Premier League fixtures, results, live scores, tables, stats, news, videos and much more.

4. How do I update my account details?

You can update your account at any time once you have logged in.

Just access your account via the site header, or menu when using a mobile device. From here you can update your personal information, including email addresses and passwords, as well as any preferences that you have previously selected.

    So, there's this app that I've been using for ages, but it never refreshes properly for me. Let's say I'm checking a match score on it, then switch to another app; when I come back, it still shows the old score and time. Even if I try to refresh by dragging down, it just shows that green spinning circle but doesn't actually update. The only way to see the latest score is to completely close the app and open it again. It's super frustrating because this has been happening for years now, even when I switched from using a Samsung s8 to s10. They really need to fix this issue!

    I keep getting logged out of my Fantasy Premier League (FPL) account, which is pretty annoying. Also, they've been removing important info for no good reason - like the results of previous fixtures from past game weeks. And now, they've gone and moved the table, so I can't even find it easily unless I go to my specific team's details. Even then, the info isn't as detailed as what you can find on Google. I guess FPL is okay if you only want to use it for fantasy football, but for everything else, better stick to apps like FotMob or OneFootball.

    I think the Fantasy Premier League app is okay, but it could definitely be more user-friendly. It would be great if you could swipe between the list of your players to compare things like price, points per match, form, and ownership. It would also be helpful to compare these details with players on your wish list in the transfer tab. Another useful feature would be displaying a player's points divided by their price for easier evaluation.

    That's awesome! I just got the newest update, and I'm really excited about it.👍🏼 It will keep me in the loop daily with Premier League matches, players, and teams – how cool is that?😍😁 And the fantasy football feature is fantastic! I can set up leagues with my friends and family, which is super fun. EDIT: So, I installed the new update but ran into a hiccup. When trying to launch it, a message pops up asking me to change preferences. I click OK, but then it just won't load!

    So, one week in August, the app had this annoying bug that needed to be fixed. I tried making several transfers one by one, thinking it was a cool hack that didn't deduct any points. Turned out, I was wrong! When a new update rolled in, everything reset and 58 precious points were taken away from me - so frustrating! I thought about sending an email to complain, but then I realized it would probably just be a waste of time. Oh well, guess it's all part of the ups and downs of using technology, right?

    I really like this app for fantasy football, it's so much fun! It's super handy for keeping track of when the games start. But here's the thing that bothers me a lot: I have turned off score notifications for my team so I don't get any spoilers. However, if my team is playing against Fulham, for instance, since score notifications are still on for Fulham, it ends up spoiling the game for me. It would be great if this could be fixed soon. I always have to go through all the teams each week and turn off notifications for my team's opponents, which is quite a hassle.
