    You know, everything was great before. But now, when I try to use my card on the app, it just won't load. I enter all the info but then it gets stuck on this loading page when it's verifying. It's like, what's the point of even having the app if it's gonna act like this? So yeah, I tried clearing the data and cache like they suggested, but nope, still not working! Like, seriously, whatever this bug is, it has totally wrecked the app! And get this, even uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help at all!

    Around two weeks ago, Google Play Store notified me that my phone is no longer compatible with an app and removed it without warning. This is really frustrating. I have a Pixel 4a with android 13. Any idea when this issue will be resolved? I'm not willing to spend loads of money upgrading a phone that works perfectly just to use one app. Thank you.

    This app is awesome for checking your balance and stuff. But, there are a couple of issues. I'm the one managing the app for my family since they're not very good at it. So, I've got a bunch of cards that we've turned off because they got lost. It'd be nice if there was an option to remove unwanted cards. Another thing is the app keeps kicking me out every week, which is super irritating.

    Oh no, my NFC isn't working on my S7. Every time I try to use it, it gives me an error message and tells me to try later. I thought the transaction didn't go through, so I tried again, but got the same message. And now I see that I've been charged twice! Apart from that, the layout is quite easy to use. It would be helpful if there was a prompt saying that the purchase has already been made through the app. Based on what others are saying in their reviews, it seems like this is more of a beta version than an official launch. I really hope I can get a refund for the double charge!

    You know what's awesome? You can now check your Presto balance on the go! No need to wait until you're back home, you can easily check your balance and even reload it whenever you want. How cool is that?

    Great news! It's working perfectly. I did have a bit of trouble with the instant reloading, but that was totally on me for not reading the instructions properly. It's so handy to be able to reload quickly, especially when I'm chasing after the bus and realize I forgot to top up my funds beforehand.

    This app is problematic. When you choose "remember me," it still prompts you to log in with your email and password. The same thing happens with saved payment methods. Why have them if you have to keep entering the information repeatedly? The number of authentication steps needed is frustrating and a waste of time, especially when many of us are commuting. If I wasn't using public transportation, I wouldn't bother with this app.

    So, like, this app was working totally fine for me for about 5 years, right? Then all of a sudden, maybe a month or two ago, I try to log in but it's just not happening. The app opens up but then it's like, frozen, you know? So I close it, open it again, but it just goes back to the crash screen. It's so frustrating! Sometimes if I uninstall and reinstall it, it kind of works...but only for like one time. Then when I log back in, it's back to square one. And the thing is, I have to use this app now 'cause they got rid of paper tickets. Like, seriously? Tough luck for me, right?

    The app is amazing, but one big thing it needs is the option to tap your phone to get on and off buses and trains. It could be like Google Pay, using NFC technology.

    Lately, the Presto app won't open unless I update it, but there's no update to be found. Another annoyance is that I can no longer screen capture the receipt after refreshing the app. While this isn't too bad, what's really frustrating is that they've stopped sending email receipts altogether. I use my account to manage my parents' cards as well, and having the receipts is crucial. Dealing with technology can be a headache, especially when you have to deal with strict inspectors.
