1. Can I change my delivery information after payment is made?

No. All delivery information is not allowed to be amended after payment is made. However, you may proceed to cancel the current order and re-place a new order with preferred delivery information. We recommend double-checking the delivery details before confirming your order.

2. How do I know if my redemption is successful?

Once you successfully redeem a product, we will notify you via email, and you can also check your order status in “Account” by tapping on the “Order” icon.

To check your redemption order status is easy. Simply follow the steps provided here to see your order status:
