What does "2 months FREE" mean?

The 2 months for free is part of the Yearly plans. So when you subscribe to the Yearly plan, you will only pay for 10 months, instead of 12. You get 2 months for free!

How to cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

- Go in your Preview settings

- Select your subscription (Pro or Premium)

- Press on “Cancel subscription”

Why do I have to resize my auto post but it works if I post it manually?

When you post from Preview to Instagram manually, it’s normal that your post gets posted because Instagram automatically crops it (if needed) before you post.

But when you choose auto-post, the post has to already be the size that Instagram needs. Otherwise Instagram can’t automatically crop it (like it does when you post manually).

Just make sure your photos or videos are the dimensions Instagram needs, and it will auto-post with no issues.

If you need to crop your images, you can do it using your phone’s editing tool (before you upload in Preview). Or you can crop using the “crop” tool in Preview App (after you upload it in Preview).

How to automatically post to Instagram with Preview?

To set up the auto-post feature in Preview:

- Press on the post you want to schedule

- Open the caption

- Turn on “Schedule Post”

- Turn on “Auto-Post”
