Private Photo Vault - Secure photo storage

Love this app! It stores all my important files securely. The only downside is the annoying ads that keep popping up. If I paid for it, I bet ads wouldn't be a problem. This is the only vault app I rely on and trust!

This app keeps your photos and videos safe and even removes them from the gallery without sending them to the trash, which is good for privacy. One problem I have with this app is that when uploading multiple items at once, they get arranged in reverse chronological order. This wouldn't be an issue if I was uploading a full album together, but it's quite inconvenient when uploading several photos or videos frequently. Interestingly, this isn't a problem on iOS.

I've never written a review on the play store before, but I believe this app is worth it. This gallery app is just what I've been looking for - it helps clear up space on my device and has a clean, simple design. The free version offers many important features, although it does have its limitations. I appreciate the option to set a pin for gallery access. I really enjoy using this app and I'm thinking about upgrading to the paid version.

It's awesome! This app gives me a strong sense of security for my photos. They stay private and I've never had any issues like losing them or getting locked out. A friend of mine also uses the app and they think it's great too. Importing and exporting photos is super simple. And I really like that it shows the exact date and time when a photo was imported.

I can't remember my password for the main album. I tried to follow the instructions to retrieve it, but it didn't work. There's no option to reset the password at all. Now I can't access the account that I really need to get into because the photos are supposed to be used in court. They're stored in a private photo vault. I sent an email explaining my situation, but no one has replied. I also sent another email with this review attached to see how long it'll take to get a response.

This app is pretty good, but I'm having an issue. I forgot the password for my folder, and there's no way to recover it. As a result, I lost all of my important data. Can you make some changes to the app so I can retrieve all of my data?
