You may want to ask...

1. What does routine mean?

A player gains routine from playing matches (except friendlies). Routine makes a player perform better and more consistently. 

National cup and league matches are worth 0.1 pts of routine per match. Champions League games gives 0.2 pts.

Don't underestimate the effect of routine! If your team is too inexperienced, try mixing in some older players with routine, they will help your younger players in the match. Routine gives up to 12 extra skill points in all skills when a player has around 50 in routine.

The first routine points will give a higher boost than when a player has very high routine. 

Routine made simple: 

Routine 10 = +4 to all skills of the player 

Routine 25 = +8 to all skills of the player 

Routine 50 = +12 to all skills of the player 

Routine 100 = +14 to all skills of the player 

A player needs to play at least 1 minute or more anytime during a match to get routine. 

2. How do I sign a sponsor deal?

You can only sign a new sponsor deal when your current deal expires.

If your sponsor deal has expired you will see a button on your club page saying "Sign Sponsor Deal". Click it to sign a new sponsor deal.

If you have a sponsor deal already that has not expired, you can find it by:

1) Go to your club page

2) Click the finance button on the lower right corner

3) You will land on your finance sheet. Swipe one time to see your current sponsor deals status.

3. How does training work?

Daily Team Traning

There are daily team trainings where you play a dribble mini game.

The base score for your team trainings are 100%+your score in the mini game. If you forget to train a day your assistant will run the training for you at a 90% level only.

Personal Training

You can also at any time give your players personal traning. A personal training gives your player +3 attribute points. The price on personal tranings reset to 0 at each new season start.

Training Camp

Finally you can give up to 9 training camps per season. The camps work as the daily trainings at 3 different intensities. At each new season start the prices on training camps reset.

Important!

The daily trainings are used for the player to reach his total career potential you see on his player card. When you do Personal Trainings and Traning Camps the potential of the player will grow permantly and you will expand how good the player can end up being when fully developed. This is crucial to do to increase your players market value and for them to reach the highest possible quality later on in their careers.

4. How can I improve my team?

1) Earn money and buy players from the transfer list

2) Get young players - don't sell them the first seasons. Train them so they develop.

3) Log in and train your players every day

4) Do your youth pull every day

5) Sign sponsor deals

6) Play your matches every day to earn cash and finish top 7 in the league to promote.

Advice:

Your starting squad is made up of common (grey card) players. They are decent but will never be good players.

To improve your team you need to pull youth players and train them. After a season or two you will see your youngsters quickly will start being much better players and you can start replacing your starting squad players and see your team grow in strength.

NEVER sell your best youth players for the first many season. They are the future of your club.

You can also get instant improvements by buying players off the transfer list. This can be a quick but also expensive way to improve your team.

Note that the grey/common cards on the transfer list can be very cheap to buy, but they also will develop very little and won't improve your team much long term. 

To get a much stronger team and build for the future focus on your youth development and invest in players with higher rarity (see more under "Players" -> "Player Rarity").
