Procare: Childcare App

Parents really love this app, but it's a bit tricky to share information smoothly. When you post something, it's not clear whether it's just for one parent or all parents. There's no direct way to respond to these posts, and you can only send a message that goes to the entire staff. This can be confusing for teachers and administrators who didn't make the original post. The messaging feature is also frustrating because it only shows the most recent message; you can't look back at previous ones. So, why is that?

The interface is basic and awkward. The payment system is a disaster. Unable to link bank account automatically, only getting a vague error message. Manually verifying amount doesn't work either. Debit card payments are being processed as credit cards with high fees attached. Not able to add more than one payment source. Ended up using a credit card to pay the fee because it was the only functioning option. Intentional move or just incompetent programmers?

This app is super simple to use. I haven't encountered any issues with it, and it's working perfectly fine. It's an excellent tool for daycare centers. Having this user-friendly app to receive updates on my children, like photos, gives me peace of mind about what my kid is up to and what they've eaten for the day. I really enjoy using it!

Sure! Give me all the pictures with just one click. Don't make me download them one by one. And why put the download button at the top? It should be at the bottom for convenience. Make it possible to download all of the pictures from a particular day. Once these changes are made, I'll give it a 5-star rating.

Using this app is a breeze! Plus, it's great to check on your kiddo's progress at school and chat with the teachers effortlessly.

The app is good, but there are some basic features that are missing. Parents cannot see the payment history, so I have to check my bank account to make sure the payment was made. Also, messages are not organized in threads, so it can be hard to keep track of the conversation and ensure the provider has answered all your questions. Overall, the app is good, but these improvements are needed.

You have a good overall impression of this app, but you have some suggestions for improvement. Firstly, it would be great if you could swipe through all the photos instead of having to click on each one individually. Additionally, you feel that the payment limit of $2600 is too low and it would be helpful if it could be increased. It can be frustrating to have to split your payments every time. Lastly, having a bulk download feature for photos would also be a great addition to the app.

Great news! I feel so relieved as QR scanning is operational now which means no more signing in my child at the front desk. This new system has definitely simplified and hastened the process, saving me precious time. I'm grateful for the effort put into rectifying the issue. However, it's disappointing that the QR code function doesn't seem to be functioning properly on the app. Despite granting camera permissions in the Android settings, the camera feature is glitched and doesn't respond when I tap the button. Fortunately, it works seamlessly on iOS.

I like using the app, but after the latest update, I keep getting logged out of my account. I have to sign in over and over again every day, sometimes even multiple times a day. I can't save any of my log-in details, so it's becoming really annoying. This never happened before, so I hope the developers can find a solution. Thank you!

This app lets me know all day long about how my child is doing. I can see what meals she's having, when she goes to the bathroom, what activities she's doing, and more. It's great not to miss anything. I enjoy looking at the pictures of my child with her friends. I can tell if she's sleeping, how much she's eating, if she's using the potty, or if she's having a good time. Another cool thing is that I can easily message everyone at the center - the teacher, administrators, and so on - all in one go. I highly recommend it.
