Progressive Leasing Mobile - Lease-To-Own Shopping

So, there was this app on my phone that was eating up a lot of data even when I wasn't using it. It used up over 3 GB within just two weeks which was not cool at all! It was draining my phone battery and my data plan like crazy. I got approved back in February for a $2000 credit limit but when I went to use it in the store, the staff didn't know how to process it and thought it was some kind of scam. So, I gave up and went back home. This month, in March, I decided to give it another go to buy something special for my hubby's birthday - just a few hundred dollars worth. But when I logged in, it showed me that I had zero credit available and they were apologizing for it. I was confused because all my credit limits had increased since last month. It just didn't make sense to me.

Oh my goodness, this app is just the worst! I tried to use it, but so many things are broken. The "remember me" option doesn't even work, and I can't get rid of my old payment info. On top of that, now it won't even let me pay with my card, even though I have enough money. I definitely wouldn't suggest this app to anyone, and I really hope there's another way to make payments.

So, here's the thing. I've been using this app for over two years now without a hitch. But recently, every time I open the app, it keeps asking me for a verification code, even though I have the remember me feature turned on. It's quite annoying having to enter a code each time. I mean, when I first started using the app, I didn't have to go through this hassle. Hopefully, they can sort out this issue soon because it's really starting to get on my nerves.

Progressive Leasing is the best lease service with so many stores available. It offers easy auto payments and provides a detailed breakdown of what you have paid and how much balance is left. The app is amazing! And the company itself is simply wonderful! During my time with Progressive Leasing, I had to contact customer service three times. Each time, I received outstanding customer service! My latest call was today. The gentleman not only assisted with my request but also went above and beyond to help me even more with my situation! Kudos! Such excellent service is unfortunately rare these days!

Oh, I've had a great experience here and with customer service. My tip is to pay your balance in the grace period. If not, you end up paying double what you would've if you bought outright instead of using progressive.

Having a mobile application to track your finances and pay bills is really convenient. It would be even better if you could also adjust your lease agreement duration from 12 months to just 90 days. Adding a feature for virtual signatures would make the app even more helpful. That's just my suggestion.

I paid the exact amount shown for my account, but it didn't clear that account. Instead, the payment was applied to a different lease agreement! To make things worse, the website claimed my password was incorrect even though it worked on the app. I found this strange and recorded a video of the payment. Even though Progressive Leasing is okay, this incident has left me feeling hesitant about using their service again. I am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, even though they are not accredited.
