Project Z, also known as the Z app, is a social application designed to empower users to connect with friends, express themselves through creative designs, and cultivate a community of like-minded individuals. Within the Z app, users can engage in activities such as chatting with new friends, creating and designing content, and collecting Merch that reflects their unique personality. Additionally, the app provides a platform for users to open their own Shop and list digital Merchandise, enabling them to finance future creative endeavors. Whether users are seeking connection, self-expression, or a platform to showcase their creative talents, the Z app offers a comprehensive range of features to leave a mark on the digital world.

- Be Yourself:

Showcase your unique persona by utilizing Z's tools to personalize your profile with backgrounds, icons, and themes. Craft your Bio with text or voice and incorporate tags to share your interests effectively.

- Post your Content:

Utilize post tools to modify font color, size, and create polls. Your post drafts are securely stored on our cloud, ensuring that your content remains accessible even if you switch devices.

- Live Parties & Voice Chats:

Participate in Live Parties for exciting experiences with fellow users. Engage in Voice Chats to communicate in real-time with people worldwide. Explore Screening Rooms to watch movies or videos together while discussing them simultaneously.

- Explore Circles:

Discover and join Circles tailored to specific interests such as Fan Art, Anime, Gaming, and more. Engage with like-minded individuals within these Circles to connect with your community.

- Live Roleplay & Text Roleplay:

Find RP partners, engage in Live Roleplays or Text Roleplays across various genres and themes. Connect with other Roleplayers, organize plots and characters efficiently, and engage in group Roleplays seamlessly.

- Get Creating:

Utilize creator tools to produce artwork, music, videos, or photo albums. Monetize your creations by opening a Shop in the Marketplace and selling your artistic endeavors.

- Start Collecting:

Explore the Marketplace to discover and collect a variety of items. Swap, sell, trade, or gift items to customize your Collection and Showcase your treasures.

Basic FAQs

What is Project Z?

Project Z, aka the Z app, is your destination to meet your metaverse friend, BFFs, soulmates, and role-players. It's also a global community of people looking for fun outlets for their creativity, and a place where you can be free to express yourself.

What is an Admin/Co-Admin?

An Admin is the owner of a Circle, Chat, or Party, he/she is responsible for everything that happens in the Circle, Chat, or Party.

The Co-Admin's role is to help the Admin manage the Circle/Chat/Party. The Co-Admins are managed by the Admin. Each Circle/Chat/Party can have up to 20 Co-Admins. 

Admins and Co-Admins will have a badge next to their username in the Circle/Chat/Party, so members can easily identify them.

What is "Qi"?

Qi represents the popularity of a Party. If you are enjoying the Party, you can tap the Qi icon in the bottom right to support the Party and make it more visible to others.

Usage Guide

How do I create a post on Z?

To create a post on Z:

- Tap the "+" icon at the bottom of the homepage

- Tap "Post"

- Select the type of post you'd like to make. We currently support two types of posts: 

    Quick Post: Create a post quickly and easily.  Only text and images are supported with this post type.

    Advanced Post: Create a post with more detail: You will have access to additional tools to let you customize text color, alignment, background, and more

- Add your desired content

- Tap"Submit"

How do I format my post?

You need to choose "Advanced Post" when creating a post to have access to advanced formatting options.

The Advanced Post provides all common formatting options you're used to such as bold, italics, strikethrough, alignment, text size, text color, etc.  Z does not currently support HTML text formatting, so you are currently limited to the options available in "Advanced Post."

How do I hide comments on my post?

To hide comments:

- Click and open your original post.

- Tap the "..." on the top right.

- Tap “Settings"

- Tap "Permissions"

You can choose to turn off comments altogether, or just allow commenting from certain groups of people.

You can also hide comments on your post prior to publishing the post:
