I really like the idea behind this email client, but it's not working very well. It could easily become my go-to mail app if it functioned properly. However, it keeps saving drafts repeatedly and sometimes sends out empty messages even though I've typed something in them. These problems are quite frustrating. I wonder, if the basic email functions are glitchy, can we rely on the encryption features? These issues seem to have popped up only recently, so they might be related to a recent update.

Ugh, so annoying when they decide to switch things up on us. They moved the controls from the top to the bottom for some reason, like why mess with a good thing? And now there's no handy "undo" button after deleting a message - that was a lifesaver! Plus, they made it impossible to see the full subject line if it's long and gets cut off. Sometimes, they should just leave things as they are. Changing stuff just for the sake of changing it doesn't always make things better.

I had a pretty smooth experience with the app. Some folks mentioned having problems with notifications, but luckily I didn't encounter many. The app itself is nicely put together and easy to navigate. I really appreciate how security-focused it is. The one thing I wish it had is the ability to select multiple emails after using the search function. That's basically why I'm leaving this review – I hope the developers can make that happen. It's just a little improvement that would make life a bit easier!

I really liked using this app before, but after the recent updates, it started having issues connecting and syncing new emails. I tried everything like clearing the cache and logging out, but nothing worked. Finally, I uninstalled the app completely and then reinstalled it, and that solved the problem. Now everything is working smoothly as it should be!

So, you know that mail app we've been using for a while, right? They recently did an update on it, and let me tell you, it's total garbage now. I mean, before this, the old app was my go-to - it was smooth, fast, and never let me down. But this new version? It's been nothing but trouble. Half the time, it won't even load my emails! And just when I thought resetting everything would help, I can't even log in now. It's so frustrating, I even ended up missing out on a job interview because of all these issues. Honestly, I'm starting to question whether it's worth keeping my subscription at this point.

So, a few months back, I thought it would be a good idea to update this app on my phone. But oh boy, do I regret that decision now! It's been nothing but trouble ever since. Every time I try to send an email or even just respond to one, it takes ages for the message to actually get sent. And while this is happening, multiple unfinished versions of the email keep getting saved in my drafts folder. And the cherry on top? The version that actually gets sent is often not the final one I intended. I really wish I could turn back time and stick with the old version. I'm so fed up with this whole situation!

They have made some major improvements to this app, and now it works much better. Thanks to Proton for fixing everything that needed attention.

I used to really enjoy this app, but ever since they did the latest update (4.0.6), it's been pretty awful. The font now looks like it's straight out of Notepad, and when you're replying to an email, you have to scroll all the way to the top just to see what you're typing. Plus, with each reply, it keeps adding another "Re" to the subject line. It's just a mess now. I really hope they fix these issues soon because if they don't, I'll definitely have to find another app to use. It's pretty much impossible to use it in its current state.

In general, it's not bad, but it's lacking a lot of features that are normally found in similar apps. The biggest annoyance for me is that there's no way to undo if you accidentally swipe to delete or archive something. I've mistakenly archived items by accident while scrolling through, and often I have no clue what got archived. It's frustrating that this problem hasn't been fixed yet. This is such a simple function that should really be there already.
