Publix - Grocery list manager

The app for Publix is not up to par compared to the stores. It's really slow and makes things difficult. Some items don't show prices when you're looking for them. It would help if we could see our total as we add things to our cart. Also, it would be great if the app could show us where to find specific items in the store. Sometimes, things are not where you expect them to be. It would be better if the app was more tailored to each store's layout.

After updating, the weekly ads, coupons, and "all deals" section is showing a message saying "sorry, no results found." I have my phone number in my profile. I tried making a shopping list on my computer since the coupon feature wasn't working on my phone. But when I checked my phone, the list didn't show up even after refreshing several times or logging in and out.

The app was great before, but now it's terrible. It takes so long to load and when it does, only a few features actually function. The weekly ad doesn't show up anymore, just a blank screen. I've tried reinstalling it, but nothing changes. I used to check what's on sale and pre-order items for quick pickup at the store, but that seems impossible now. I've been facing this problem with the app for a few weeks.

The app is all good now. It's working fine again and it even saved my history and favorites. Forget what I said before. But suddenly, it's not opening. I tried everything from uninstalling to reinstalling but no luck. Can't even get past the security code part. The app doesn't show any Publix stores near me, although there's one just a mile away. Lost my shopping list for today and all my history.

The app is good, but it has room for improvement. The layout is neat and easy to use compared to Kroger's app. It's pretty simple to find your way around. However, you can't zoom in on the weekly ad to see details clearly. Plus, the search filter for digital coupons isn't very reliable - it doesn't show me all the deals I'm looking for. The main issue for me is not being able to check prices, availability or scan items for prices like Kroger allows. This feature is crucial during COVID when you want to avoid unnecessary trips to the store.

I've been having trouble adding my favorite items to the shopping list. Even when I search for them, they don't show up as available in any store. It started with just a few items, but now it's happening with almost all of them. I can't even add Publix brand items anymore. It's frustrating because these features are supposed to be helpful.
