    You enjoy using the app, but it keeps crashing frequently. You must restart it nearly every time you open it. The phone you have is the new Samsung S23 Ultra.

    It's really easy to use. It shows you everything you're up to and helps you make better plans by telling you when things are happening. You can even sort out your bookings based on when you're getting there.

    Many people complained about this issue before, the app doesn't pop up notifications of new bookings or messages despite having all notifications enabled. It's been a tough year for me, needing to constantly check for new bookings and messages due to my busy schedule. This has led to numerous double bookings which were quite a hassle to resolve.

    So, sometimes customers ask questions that we can't answer. We have to either accept or decline their booking and hope they understand. I would like to set a cancellation policy allowing customers to cancel within a certain number of days after booking. There are many other reasons why this app is frustrating to use. Can you make it more like the Airbnb app?

    Booking requests come in, but once accepted, all details disappear. I received a password reset email. It seems like the bookings are being sent elsewhere, which is problematic for hosts using the Pulse app.

    This app is the absolute worst. I have never come across such an unresponsive, unreasonable, and unworkable app. On top of that, there is no customer service - you can't talk to anyone at all.

    The extranet is super handy for most things with Booking, but when we're not at the hotel, Pulse is our go-to. It lets us easily control availability and prices without any stress. We can even make direct bookings on-the-go, update room availability on Booking, and avoid any risk of double booking.
