    The app looks nice and has good features, but it's really slow and unresponsive. I have to click on things repeatedly because it doesn't register my taps. And there's this annoying message that keeps popping up saying the app is not responding. It's frustrating and almost impossible to use. They should definitely fix these issues to make it a great app.

    I think the app is great, but it has a lot of bugs that make it difficult to do workouts on time.

    I like this app. Used it for three different gyms without any problems, but there are two main issues. It can be slow to load, even when I switch from using my data to gym wi-fi. And sometimes it randomly closes while I'm out doing something else.

    I'm really loving the LB&T class. The instructor is so motivating and friendly, and the exercises are just right. And then there's Box Fit - another great class with a fun instructor. Overall, the gym has a nice, open feel to it and there's a wide variety of equipment to choose from.

    Registered for Puregym right before the second lockdown. Got resistance bands from my partner. The app is awesome – it has all the workouts, so I can watch them on TV and exercise at home! So cool!

    The app is really frustrating. It used to work fine for months - I could get into the gym with no problem. But recently, three times in the last two weeks, I've arrived at the gym only to find that I've been logged out of the app. So I have to go back home, log in on my laptop, find the original emails from when I joined, enter all those details into the app, and then go back to the gym. By that point, I've lost all motivation and end up not going back. They need to fix this issue and make it easier to access the gym, or else they'll lose my money.

    The gym is really nice and well-maintained. It has a lot of great things about it, especially the staff and the location. Stefani, the gym manager, is one of the best you could ask for!
