Puregold Mobile - Shopping deals & discounts

This app is so frustrating - it always lags, making it almost unusable. Even though it's supposed to make things easier with online transactions, using it ends up taking forever. On top of that, the branch I chose constantly gives me low-quality fresh produce items. This app is just not worth it at all!

I really like this app because it's very useful, especially for people like me who can't go outside. The customer service is great too, they always respond quickly. I hope they continue to make this app even better.

The app is difficult to use. It takes a long time to load and some items don't appear when you look in categories compared to searching for them. The Puregold branches need to update their stocks because it's frustrating when they text you to say half of your order isn't available after you've placed it. It would also be better if the cart didn't clear when you switch between delivery or pick-up. It's annoying having to search for the items again, especially since the app is slow.

On March 20, 2020, they said to have a precise inventory and not list items that aren't in stock. In an update on November 7, 2021, they've been using the app for over a year now. Their rating went up from 3 to 5 stars. Even if some items are unavailable, the staff can suggest alternatives. They appreciate the patience of the staff and the speedy delivery service. During lockdowns, this has been a huge help. Hats off to the Puregold team for making life easier! 😍

Right now, I'm confused about why the app keeps displaying the "loading" pop-up frequently. I was hoping for a faster user interface since the recent update, but it seems worse compared to yesterday. Fortunately, I can still look at products and make orders, even though I often get stuck. I attempted to clear the storage and reinstall the app, but it didn't work. We have good internet speed and a decent smartphone model, so it's frustrating to face this issue when all other apps work well.

So, when you reach the branch selection part, the app crashes. To put it simply, if you were hoping to order groceries from Puregold online and have them delivered, especially during these times, this is not the app for that. What's the number of successful orders compared to failed ones? Maybe it's best to take it down for now until it's sorted out. It feels like a really rough version created by students rushing to meet a deadline but missing the mark.

So, the issue with the apps seems to be that they need to constantly update them for changes related to sales both now and in the future. It seems like new items may be added frequently. Also, it seems that their delivery schedule might be a bit too fast. I was thinking, what if orders placed today could be delivered within 3 days? This would give them enough time to shop all the orders. Another idea could be to limit the "order now, deliver today" option to only 10 to 20 items at a time. This way, it would be easier to select and deliver items quickly. It's a suggestion that might just work. Alternatively, they could consider shopping in-store instead of ordering online.
