Please note that the Amazon AppStore version of Puzzle Page does not currently support transferring game save data to another device. If you install Puzzle Page on a new device, you will not be able to transfer any game progress previously saved on an Amazon Fire tablet. This includes transferring between Amazon Fire devices connected to the same Amazon user account. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We strongly recommend updating the Puzzle Page app to the latest available version before play, and cannot guarantee that all game content and features will continue to be accessible or function correctly when running older (unsupported) versions of the app.

Subscriptions

The Puzzle Page (Amazon Appstore) subscription product is linked to a specific Amazon user account, rather than one device.

If you currently have a Puzzle Page subscription that you access through one of the devices listed above, you will be able to continue to access your subscriber benefits through another Amazon Fire device attached to the same Amazon user ID. You can manage your subscriptions via the device's Settings or on the Amazon website.

Please note that due to the nature of the subscription products offered by Amazon and the other supported platforms, it is not possible to transfer a subscription purchased on one platform to a different platform. Please refer to the Subscriptions section of the FAQ for more information.

Does my device need to be connected to the internet to play this game?

    The puzzles are fantastic! This app offers a huge variety that really impressed me. It even replaced four other apps I used for my favorite types of puzzles. I enjoy the daily login tokens, but they only allow me to complete two puzzles each day. That feels a little limiting. I noticed something concerning too. This month, the app used 700MB of data. It doesn't ask for any special permissions, which made me feel a bit safer about my personal info. Still, either the ads or the puzzles must be consuming way more data than any other app on my phone. It's surprising!

    I love this game and have enjoyed playing for years. Recently, I've been running into a frustrating issue. After completing puzzles and closing the app, I go back to find that the puzzles I finished aren’t marked as complete. It's annoying to redo the puzzles after spending so much time on them. They provided some steps to fix the issue, but nothing worked. Now you’ve been waiting for months, questioning if they'll ever get back to you after so many attempts. It's such a letdown when something you enjoy turns into a hassle.

    This is my favorite app for puzzle solving and brain training. It offers a great variety of challenges, though it doesn't cover every possible puzzle out there. The developers focused on something specific. One thing to mention is that the word finds and crosswords sometimes feel like they come from AI. You see similar patterns and the same clues pop up for certain words in different puzzles. But I notice improvements over time. Overall, it hasn’t bothered me much.
