I have been using this application since I had my Master Card. It doesnt actually function as It was supposed to. It doesnt announce updates about the different transaction that took place in my account. No deposites, withdrawal or transferes are shown. Moreover. it shows a message of( No Connection) Every time I try to check it. This application is a complete failure.

It is good to have such application to get a master card online but it is restricted and need develop its features. For example , when I filled it out my information to get a new master card at the first time, I encountered two issues; one is an English version, app is asking you to share your ID but in reality you are required to share your residence card instead. So it require to correct this mistake translation. Second, you can't update your information at all.

The app is not working correctly because it always shows connection failure. I tried to log out and log in again. The problem still appears over and over. I reset my password and the same problem occurs again. It's really not useful and helpful app. Please when you make an app for financial services, make sure it works without problems. I hope you take my message into consideration.
