    The app used to work fine, but after the update, it started glitching and randomly shutting off while I'm watching something. It happens on both of my TVs and it's really annoying. I have to keep reopening the app to continue watching. Please solve this issue.

    It's nice when it works, but really annoying when it doesn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but still can't get it to connect on my phone or tablet, even though my internet is fine. I can access Amazon, email, and browser searches with no problem, just not QVC. It's good for saving money but bad for QVC sales. If you can't see your orders on the app, you have to uninstall and reinstall. But now the app icon is gone from my phone. The recent updates don't seem to be helping much. It's really irritating and frustrating.

    I really like shopping at QVC. I've been a customer for a long time and never had any problems with returning items or placing orders. The customer service is always friendly, and I love watching the hosts on the shows.

    I love shopping on QVC's website. It's way quicker than ordering by phone, especially when something is almost out of stock. You can shop anytime for anything you want. It's much easier than going to a store. Plus, they offer a 30-day return or exchange policy and handle any issues well. If I lived in Pennsylvania, I'd totally work there!

    I'm not happy with how qvc is being managed. I've asked them to fix my payment issues and IT problems, but they haven't reached out yet. I buy a lot from them but their customer service is awful. Their products are also not good quality anymore and they've raised their prices. It's frustrating when they don't have the right items in stock despite promoting them.
